What you'll do
Key Accountabilities:
Local country legal support regarding the daily ongoing legal matters relevant for inhouse counsel for _VOIS Spain entity(s) including the VF SP Foundation based on the alignment with the Senior Legal Manager for _VOIS EU.
Liaison with _VOIS EU and _VOIS Legal team and Group legal teams.
Legal Support in Privacy, Compliance, Labor Law, M&A related _VOIS EU projects and Governance and Corporate Legal and Commercial Legal Field based on the alignment with Senior Legal Manager for VOIS EU.
Provide legal trainings based on the instructions of Senior Legal Manager for VOIS EU.
Legal Review of the compliance documents, policies, and contract clauses.
Review and negotiation of non-disclosure, teaming and similar agreements based on alignment with Senior Legal Manager for _VOIS EU.
Engagement in projects such as reviews of _VOIS Spain's standard contracts, policies, and other documents and execute local actions regarding the Compliance Agenda based on the instructions of Senior Legal Manager for _VOIS EU.
In addition, participating in _VOIS EU related legal projects, amongst others supporting cross country agreements for all EU locations (Spain, Hungary, Albania) & provide additional legal support based on the instruction of the line manager.
Keeping up to date with future changes in legislation regarding _VOIS Spain, which could affect the operation of _VOIS EU (Spain) and working to enable _VOIS Spain to implement any required changes on time based on the instructions and alignment with Senior Legal Manager for _VOIS EU.
Working effectively with external counsel(s) where required, to ensure compliance with relevant regulation as well supporting the local law firm in case of a Litigation, based on alignment with the Senior Legal Manager for _VOIS EU.
Representing the company at court and authorities regarding _VOIS Spain.
Developing and maintaining good working relationships with stakeholders to ensure issues are resolved quickly, escalating to Senior Legal Manager for _VOIS where appropriate.

Legal Counsel key role is seeking experience in a multi-national shared service environment, with the opportunity to develop legal, organizational and communication skills and to work with experienced lawyers in multiple jurisdictions. The role will be reporting to the Senior Legal Manager VOIS EU.
