The HR Business Partner is a strategic partner to the business focusing on delivering a People Plan for nominated business areas to drive improved business performance.As an HRBP, you will ensure alignment and successful collaboration with critical internal stakeholders groups (local and global HR teams in centers of expertise, enabling functions & business) in the matrix organization.The main responsibilities for this position are:To provide HR business partnering to Digital Sales & Marketing_VOIS within the Business_VOIS Service Line.To support other HR Business Partners, partnering with members of the leadership team.To input into and support the execution of the people and organisational plans with a focus on employee relations, organisation effectiveness, talent management, resourcing, coaching and building leadership capabilities.THIS IS A TEMPORARY POSITION IN VALENCIA.Who you areKey accountabilities and decision ownershipActs as the local _VOIS SPOC for all HR activities in Valencia also supporting the HR team in VOIS Spain.Supports local teams working closely with Employee relations, performance management, compensation practices, recruitment.Supports business managers in defining, developing and executing local people plans that support the achievement of the business strategy.Ensures that People plans are integrated with wider HR strategy, policies & priorities.Identifies people or process trends, suggests improvements and ensures that the business function adheres to the delivery of the agreed HR agenda.Accountable for the delivery of the annual people calendar and Employee Experience activities.Inputs to and implements the business area's Talent & Capability strategy.Drives pipeline of diverse future leaders and accelerates high potential development while driving the Diversity & Inclusion agenda.Continually challenges the business, supporting transformation projects that improve organisation, team and individual effectiveness including organisational effectiveness & design, organisation capability & talent management.Supports local internal negotiations at a senior level, and ensures business managers are informed and educated on HR Policies and processes.Provides feedback and coaching to the business area's management team to improve leadership capability, and ensure all leaders & people managers are equipped to drive employee engagement.Champions the _VOIS culture, and advocates & supports the use of the HR operating model, acting as role model and facilitator to ensure business areas adhere to, and HR deliver to agreed service levels.Core competencies, knowledge and experience:HR experience; generalist and/or specialist.Strong relationship building, influencing, communication & coaching skills.Analytical, intellectual capacity and desire to learn very quickly.Experience of working in a global, cross country, matrix organisation.Proactively manages the HR Business Partner supplier interfaces to ensure a seamless customer experience.What's in it for youWe want you to feel happy and fulfilled at work, without compromising the other things in life that matter to you.
