Thank you!Your responsibilities Conduct monthly financial closing and forecasting upcoming PL/CF accounts at project level.
Commercial and administrative transactions management for EPC projects.
Commercial and administrative support of construction teams for realization of renewable power plants.
Coordination and correspondence with business partners, suppliers, subcontractors, and authorities.
Review of commercial documents, such as tenders, orders, and contracts, and performance of follow-up tasks.
Checking of incoming invoices and issuing outgoing invoices.
Evaluation and preparation of project data for planning, reporting, and controlling of the projects.
Preparation and posting of outgoing invoices.
Reviewing and payment execution of incoming invoices.
Daily operation of Invoice System and SAP.
Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a comparable degree.
Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
Experience in working within an international environment setting.
Business fluency in English and Spanish.
Any other European language is advantageous.
