Demonstrable experience in leading teams both functionally and hierarchically.Excellent oral and written communication skills, with extensive experience in public presentations (internally: within the company and externally: to client management).Focused on measurable objectives and extensive experience working in medium-sized multidisciplinary teams.Strategic thinking with sound judgment for decision-making (position changes, layoffs, salary increases, etc.).Mastery of timelines, project milestone control, and ability to follow up with both clients and suppliers.Ability to coordinate different departments to manage the project environment effectively.Requirements:Experience leading the development of Instrument Panels, Central Consoles, and Door Panels. Minimum experience: 8 years.Fluent in English is mandatory.
