What you'll doThe Content Strategy & Editorial Lead is a new, key role in Vodafone Business's central marketing campaigns team, responsible for managing our B2B global digital content programmes.The ideal candidate will be a conductor, orchestrating functional teams and creative shared services around a family of content topics and themes delivered through campaign activations and compelling digital moments throughout a B2B buyer's journey.The candidate will thrive on systematic structure and taxonomies and be an outgoing pedant when it comes to organisation.They will drive the calendarization and quantification of editorial capacity for Vodafone Business's social media presence, corporate blog, monthly email newsletter and webinars.Most importantly and true to Vodafone's purpose, the candidate will be customer-obsessed, educating them on their unique business needs with a persona-led lens for content preferences.This candidate will report into the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing Strategy & Campaigns and be part of a (fun!) centre of excellence, including campaign managers, Agile Scrum masters, social media specialists, and a wider creative, data & operations shared services all responsible for driving revenue growth in Vodafone Business's products and services.Who you are- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Demand, Product, Sales, Social, and Brand to temporally plan, build and activate compelling digital content experiences throughout a B2B buyer's journey.- Own the management of marketing's digital content editorial calendars, which includes blog, social media, email newsletter and webinars.- Align all digital content initiatives to agreed topics and themes, and to our target audience personas' information and format preferences.- Coordinate content creators, designers, speakers, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure the timely delivery and editorial of content.- Utilise the campaigns teams' centre of excellence for Agile Scrum project management capabilities.- Ensure published digital content is written and stylised with the guidance of Vodafone Business's tone of voice.- Complete all checks on copy, images, metadata, and tagging before content is published.- Facilitate and drive new subscriber and contact growth for Vodafone Business's newsletter and webinar programmes.- Establish a content measurement framework and analyse results against success criteria (attraction, engagement, conversion) to guide future content decisions.#J-18808-Ljbffr
