This role will involve close collaboration with development and DevOps teams to plan and execute database strategies that support our high-load, high-availability infrastructure. You will take ownership of database operations, performance tuning, incident management, and the development of fault-tolerant solutions.Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the DBA team, overseeing work planning, resource allocation, and team performance.- Collaborate with development teams and business departments to understand database requirements and ensure their successful implementation.- Administer, optimise, and maintain PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, MySQL and ClickHouse databases.- Ensure the security and high availability of all databases, implementing backup, replication, and failover strategies.- Manage and resolve database-related incidents, ensuring minimal downtime and quick recovery.- Conduct regular performance tuning and optimisation efforts to identify and address bottlenecks in database operations.- Design, develop, and automate fault-tolerant, high-load database solutions based on PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis
