ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of Spanish-speaking clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.Identify new sales prospects through research, networking, and leveraging existing relationships.Present products and services with clarity and passion, tailoring pitches to meet client requirements.Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize satisfaction and revenue.Stay informed about products, market trends, and industry developments to effectively advise clients.Ensure accurate documentation of all sales activities through the company's CRM system.Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective targets and implement best practices.Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.RequirementsFluency in Spanish and English, both spoken and written.Demonstrated experience in sales or account management, preferably within a B2B context.Strong interpersonal skills and a knack for building lasting client relationships.Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and seize business expansion opportunities.Self-driven, goal-oriented, and proactive in overcoming challenges.Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking software is a plus.Willingness to relocate to Greece and fully engage in the local culture.At least 1 year of Sales experience.BenefitsPrivate Health Insurance.Training & Development.Performance Bonus.2 Extra Salaries Per Year.Fully Paid Training.Great Salary.Fully Paid Relocation Package (flight, transfer, and hotel).Seniority LevelEntry level
