Our awesome Sales crew: This position is focused on our Packlink brand and our sales team is formed by more than 4 talented agents who hit our goals target.
They are ensuring that our Packlink PRO solution will be the best solution for small and medium companies in the most important European markets.
Also, the team is really specialized by country with a strong local knowledge about shipping solutions, culture and language.

What will be your goals?
You will be working on the Packlink PRO solution!
Your main goal will be to get our new customers fully onboarded and integrated with Packlink PRO; sending shipments from all of their selling channels such as Amazon, Woo-commerce or Shopify through our platform.
What will your day-by-day in Packlink be like: You will invest a lot of time (4-5h) speaking by phone with our new customers.
You will receive your work goals on a monthly basis.
Your manager will support you in analyzing your performance data weekly.
Salesforce will be your new best friend.
The team will support you and help you resolve all your doubts.
You will receive training about Packlink PRO and the new features, updates, and the tools you will use to develop your work on a daily basis.

You will gain experience interacting with customers of all levels worldwide.
This is a stimulating and exciting role that will test your sales skills, strategic thinking, and ability to focus and follow structured plans.
The Skill Set: A minimum of 1 year of previous experience in a sales and customer-facing role .
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Great skills for communication and phone selling process.
Comfortable to work driven by objectives and defined goals.
Must be a native Spanish speaker.
Also, you will need at least a B1-B2 in English.
A deep-seated passion for achieving and exceeding marked objectives.
A 'can-do' attitude and resilient character, with the ability to manage expectations and changes in a fast-paced environment.
It'd be amazing if you also have: Experience in the sales SaaS company department.
What we offer: Clear and transparent compensation plan.
The salary range for this role: Base + Commissions: 27,000 OTE (On target earning).

We will discuss the indicated range with you in the first recruiting call to ensure that we are on the same page.
Annual Salary Review: We are reviewing the salaries of all our teams annually to evaluate an increase according to individual performance and the business results.
