This role is based in the dynamic city of Lisbon and offers an exciting opportunity to work with one of the leading direct insurance companies in the industry.Key Responsibilities Include:Providing exceptional support to Spanish-speaking customers via voice and email.Managing claims, cross-selling products, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Delivering high-quality assistance while maintaining professionalism and efficiency.In this position, you'll work full-time (40 hours per week) with rotating shifts from Monday to Friday and receive comprehensive training to fully prepare you for success.
