MISSIONReporting to the Strategic Development Director, as Codevelopment Manager, you will be responsible for leading co-development agreements with strategic partners for the development of wind & solar projects in Spain.
RESPONSIBILITIESIdentify and evaluate co-development opportunities for wind & solar projects in Spain.Establish and maintain strategic relationships with potential partners (co-developers).Collaborate with internal project development team to define co-development objectives, scope and strategies.Lead the negotiation and elaboration of co-development agreements, contracts and strategic alliances.Coordinate activities between the parties involved, ensuring alignment of interests and adherence to deadlines and budgets.Monitor the progress of projects for collaborative co-developments, identifying and resolving risks, obstacles or challenges.Manage communication and information sharing among all stakeholders, maintaining smooth and transparent communication.Assess the economic, social and environmental impact of co-development projects, and propose measures to maximize benefits and minimize risks.JOB REQUIREMENTSUniversity degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. Experience in renewable energies is a plus.Intermediate level of English (B2-C1).Minimum 5 years' experience in similar functions with previous experience in signing Termsheets, NBOs, SPA, DSA.Deep knowledge of Spanish energy market trends and regulations, as well as technical and financial aspects of renewable projects.Previous experience in equipment management.Ability to motivate, guide and develop team members, inspiring them to reach their full potential and contribute to the overall success of the project.Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities and meet tight deadlines efficiently.Ability to identify, analyze and solve problems effectively, using a creative and collaborative approach.Flexibility to adjust to changes in the work environment and project priorities, as well as ability to lead the team in times of change.WHAT WE OFFERCareer opportunities and professional development in a growing multinational company with a team highly qualified.Permanent contract.Flexible compensation.Full working day.Remote work 2 days a week.Half working day in August.Zelestra celebrates the diversity of thought and experience that comes from a variety of backgrounds including, but not limited to, gender, age, ethnicity...
