Your work will directly impact the way we negotiate, deal and support our key stakeholders.What We're Looking For:Responsible for the effective procurement of a portfolio of raw materials; coordinates with other colleagues to co-manage and develop the Lubrizol supplier base.Proactively manages optimization of supply chain issues to ensure continuous supply.Consistently demonstrates understanding of supply chain economics to enhance our competitive position in the marketplace.Develop and execute sourcing plans for assigned raw material portfolio including contract negotiations, managing supplier relations, database management, and market analyses for key raw materials.Shows sustainable leadership in the development of the most cost-effective and reliable sourcing strategies to support and strengthen our current position in end-markets.Negotiate and identify innovative solutions that support supplier consolidation, improved quality, delivery, pricing and lead times, in line with corporate and department policies, procedures, and quality standards
