We are present in more than 13 countries, counting with a solid combination of onsite/piping, merchant, and package lines of business across key industrial zones.Under the responsibility of the European Procurement Center of Excellence (CoE) Manager, you will be incorporated as European Procurement Specialist to provide leadership, training, and support to improve procurement best practices across our organization. You will be part of a team that works on ensuring that the organization uses the most up-to-date procurement best practices, keeping the leadership team informed of the latest trends, tools, and research. You will actively be part of a team that is tasked with constantly seeking new ways to optimize and refine the procurement function to save money and help the business run smoothly. You will also be the interface between other European and Regional teams like Operations, Finance, Legal, Internal Audit, Quality, Medical, or Safety part from procurement.Responsibilities: Support CoE Manager in aligning procurement strategies with overall business goals and ensuring that procurement activities contribute to organizational success.Support Category Managers in their functions and needs.Process Excellence: Establish and enforce procurement best practices.Supplier relationship and performance management and contract life management tools available admin management and implementation of new modules related.Explore new technologies and trends.Collect and detect Procurement teams needs and improvements.Drive innovation in procurement processes by creating and updating processes and digital tools.Develop and maintain up-to-date European procurement policies, guidelines, procedures, and standards.Provide training to European and Regional procurement teams.Enhance skills, knowledge, and competencies across the teams.Performance Management: Define and track procurement key performance indicators (KPIs).Create reports to measure and analyze procurement effectiveness.Job Requirements Required Education & Experience:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent studies (Chemistry, Analytics,...). Relevant fields include Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.At least 2 years in procurement center of excellence experience.Good working knowledge of the organization's business processes.Extensive experience in supply chain and procurement.Fluent in English and Spanish.Strictly follow rules and procedures and have perseverance to overcome obstacles.Excellent planning, project management, and organizational skills to consistently meet deadlines.#J-18808-Ljbffr
