Responsibilities: Source and engage Nordic-speaking candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.Conduct candidate interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit for various roles.Manage the recruitment lifecycle from initial outreach to placement.Develop and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process.Collaborate with the recruitment team to refine job descriptions and identify key requirements for open positions.Stay updated on market trends and recruitment best practices to implement innovative strategies.Provide guidance and support to candidates in preparing for interviews and negotiating job offers. Requirements: Fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English; additional languages are a plus.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and manage relationships effectively.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for presenting ideas and information clearly.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.A proactive approach to sourcing talent and exploring new avenues for candidate engagement.
