Permanent full-time role - London or Paris or remote from Western EU As Solutions Engineer for Kiln, you will join our Global Sales organization while working closely with Product and Engineering teams.
Responsibilities: Collaborate with Kiln's Sales team to demonstrate technical possibilities and solutions to prospects, customers, and partnersQuickly achieve technical expertise of Kiln's technologyUnderstand customer and partner requirements and communicate how Kiln can solve their business and technical challengesPlan and execute integration engineering end-to-end, from high-level architecture down to code implementationServe as the primary, ongoing technical point of contact for our users' and partners' technical teamsReport monthly and quarterly results to the CRORequirements: Experience with REST APIsProficient in at least one programming language, ideally Python or JavaScriptProven customer-facing experience in the web3 / cryptocurrency sectorsNative or perfectly fluent in EnglishNice-to-have: Familiarity with UK & EMEA financial/crypto regulationsExperience in a fast-growing, early-stage companyExperience designing, building, and deploying user-facing, infrastructure-related, and/or API-based productsSoft skills: Excellent presentation skillsProactive and organizedDetail-orientedCuriousAbout Kiln: Kiln is the leading enterprise-grade staking platform, enabling institutional customers to stake assets, and to whitelabel staking functionality into their offering.
