It's impossible to capture every nuance of a role – especially at a rapidly growing company like Mews – but if we had to distil it down to a job description (which we do because this is a job description), it would be this:The Mews platform includes a suite of applications and a hub for connecting properties, guests, and other vendors from the hospitality industry.We've been growing our ecosystem beyond our cloud-native PMS and built our own Salesforce AppExchange application. This solution will provide native sync capabilities against our publicly open API, and allows our customers to get the most out of Mews and Salesforce. The 'Mews for Salesforce' application has already passed its security reviews and is in advanced piloting stages, we welcome you to help us sync the future of property management.Your mission, should you choose to accept it:Work in a cross-functional team together with other Developers, Product Managers, QA etc.Design solutions to problems on daily basis.Be a great collaborator but also highly independent in delivering new functionality into our Mews for Salesforce product.Be responsible, have end-to-end ownership and control over the entire development process for our Salesforce app. Including packaging, releases and security reviews.Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in the world of Salesforce, consult your team on impacts and opportunities that arise out of those.Build out new features in our Salesforce app, and also work on expanding our sync solution towards our own Mews API.Be involved in day-to-day activities of the team (stand-ups, plannings & retro meetings).Your mission, should you choose to accept it:Work in a cross-functional team together with other Developers, Product Managers, QA etc.Design solutions to problems on daily basis.Be a great collaborator but also highly independent in delivering new functionality into our Mews for Salesforce product.Be responsible, have end-to-end ownership and control over the entire development process for our Salesforce app. Including packaging, releases and security reviews.Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in the world of Salesforce, consult your team on impacts and opportunities that arise out of those.Build out new features in our Salesforce app, and also work on expanding our sync solution towards our own Mews API
