.About the Job We are seeking a creative, experienced, and dynamic communications expert who can be end-to-end responsible for strategic communications at Allianz Technology. This role is pivotal in communicating the corporate transformation strategy to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring consistent messaging aligned with Allianz Technology's purpose, vision, and mission. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Team Lead for Corporate & Regional Communications and other stakeholders to cultivate a positive image and manage communication efforts across various channels.What you do Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans that effectively convey the corporate strategy to various stakeholders, ensuring consistent and coherent messaging across all channels.Create high-quality, multimedia content (articles, presentations, videos, briefings & talking points, social media posts, etc.) that translates the strategy and its objectives into compelling and engaging communication initiatives, including C-level communication activities and executive positioning across internal and external channels.Maintain editorial oversight of internal and external communication in regard to strategy communication to ensure messaging consistency and alignment.Work as liaison with local communicators in different countries to ensure aligned key messages and stories regarding the transformation strategy.What you bring Advanced degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, PR, or a related field.Relevant work experience in corporate communications with proven track record ofdeveloping and executing successful communication strategies, executive positioning, and content creation.Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills with native (or near native) proficiency in written and spoken English.Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms, including social media management.Demonstrated capability to drive topics with minimal input or oversight and manage multiple projects & deadlines simultaneously.What we offer We offer a hybrid work model which recognizes the value of striking a balance between in-person collaboration and remote working incl. up to 25 days per year working from abroad.
