Key job responsibilities: Building, leading, and developing a high-performing team.Working closely with product managers, UX designers, and senior leadership to provide our customers with the best Customer Experience.Defining the strategy and roadmap as part of the operational planning cycles.Defining and championing platform solutions across multiple consoles to improve development speed, quality, and overall consistency.Managing the operations of your systems, including continuous improvement to performance and security.
