About the role We are seeking a Senior Product Owner to lead product development efforts within our Agile team.

As a Senior Product Owner, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product requirements and coordinate releases.

What we need Proven experience as a Product Owner in Agile teams.
Strong skills in gathering and documenting requirements, defining detailed acceptance criteria, and prioritizing features based on customer and business value.
Experience in Agile methodology (Scrum), including iteration planning, release management, and risk mitigation.
Excellent communication skills to align development teams, stakeholders, and customers with the product vision.
A customer-centric mindset with the ability to champion customer needs in product decisions.
Business-led thinking to prioritize product decisions.
Experience coordinating international teams is a plus!
You will Lead backlog management, defining clear and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
Drive iteration and release planning, ensuring alignment with product and sprint goals.
Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and understanding of the product vision.
Play a pivotal role in risk management, identifying and mitigating potential challenges.
Monitor and evaluate post-deployment performance, ensuring continuous improvement.
Take ownership of the release management lifecycle, from testing and validation to documentation.
Partner closely with the development team and the product team to foster collaboration and alignment.
