Cobee is a company with a strong product culture that tries to seek excellence in both the Discovery and the Delivery. At a time of great growth for the company, we want to strengthen the Product team with a new Product Manager who, hand in hand with a group of talented and committed professionals, will help us offer the best experience to our users.
Main challenges Communicate with stakeholders, other product managers, and engineering teams, from product vision to specifications. You will be regularly representing your product and your team to upper management.Act as a leader, not just setting direction for an engineering team, but also for your product and our customers and users.Take large and complex ideas, compose articulated requirements, plans, and roadmaps, and work with teams to deliver them on time.Prioritize across customers and stakeholders to develop a roadmap and communicate priorities both to engineering teams and customers.Build the dynamics and lead your product squad from a Product's perspective.Identify the problems and turn them into solutions.Prioritize and develop the functionalities detected following the lean startup methodology.
