To help us get there, our team is on the lookout for a new Head of People - LATAM.
Your strong verbal and written communication skills will be pivotal in coordinating teams and ensuring clear communication throughout the incident response process.
You will lead incident analysis and provide actionable recommendations to prevent future incidents, significantly impacting stability and reliability.
As the Head of People for LATAM, you will serve as a key local partner for our countries in LATAM, being the primary contact for members of the leadership team advising on all people-related matters, ensuring compliance with our global corporate policies, local legislation, and internal security protocols.
Additionally, you will lead, direct, coach, and develop members of the people's team in the region.
Your ResponsibilitiesProvide advice and guidance to the management team on best practice in human resources, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, internal security policies, and audit procedures.Collaborate with the global People team to implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement and lead regular feedback sessions with employees, such as focus groups.Ensure the company adheres to any changes in employment law and apply consistent HR practices across the organization.Report monthly HR metrics such as hiring, absenteeism, attrition, and headcount.Guide managers through the whole employee life cycle including performance review process, engagement survey, promotions, disciplinary and grievance procedures, ensuring compliance with internal policies.Ensure accurate employee records are maintained through our HRIS and other administrative systems.Support with managing recruitment processes in the region, ensuring our ability to attract, retain and develop talent and achieve forecasted business volumes in close collaboration with the Global Talent Acquisition team.Oversee office management functions, ensuring a well-organized, safe, and efficient work environment, including the coordination of office supplies, equipment, and facilities management.Collaborate with external payroll providers to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including compliance with tax regulations, benefits administration, and local labor laws.Undertake regular one-to-ones with all members of the People team, and bi-annual appraisal reviews, setting objectives in line with People strategy. About You+10 years of experience as People/HR Manager.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, facilitation, and influencing skills.
