The Audiovisual Producers are responsible for end-to-end project management, management of client relationships, and agency relationships while leading a diverse and dynamic team to deliver. They play an important role in ensuring the smooth operations and delivery excellence of their clients' projects. He/she is responsible for delivering a completed project on time, on specification, and on budget.RESPONSIBILITIESThe key day-to-day project contact with lower to high-level clients and creative agencies.Possesses an accurate sense of client satisfaction level - facilitates the sharing of client feedback with the team and management; sensitive to the client's needs and concerns.Takes accountability to ensure that all team members are aware of timelines and deliverables.Develops and maintains high levels of team effectiveness (trust, communication, collaboration, productivity, diversity, and engagement).Serves as a mentor/coach to junior producers.Manage all range of projects independently, from initiation through completion.Serve as the production expert on audiovisual campaigns, working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced agency.Must be used to working with people in charge and managing several projects at the same time.
