You are managing a diverse portfolio of print material, milestone plaques, merch and event kits – all integral part to creating the desired customer experience that we stand for at Align.We are looking for somebody who does not shy away from getting their hands into the job to ensure we deliver in time at highest quality, but who is equally excited to drive change to improve processes and deliveries.If you have a passion for mapping out processes, learning new tools and mapping out improvements, while being able to work in and with tools such as excel/SAP - this job is for you!In this role, you will...In charge of end to end fulfillment and operations of print and production for the regional Americas and EMEA Marketing Operations team, including but not limited to loyalty programs, customer marketing material, event kits.Ensure that items are 100% in stock at all times and of highest, consistent quality to enable timely fulfillment to the customer and orders are placed in time.Execute the monthly 'plaque' order for doctors helping our sales team to celebrate important milestones.Ensure that budget is managed according to approved amount and work with finance to track it accordingly.Drive continuous improvement for your area of expertise and work with the various stakeholders on process and fulfillment improvements to drive a better end to end experience for customers and internal teams, includes but not limited to procurement, channel, webstore.Work with the team lead and stakeholders to implement new ideas to improve customer experience and celebration – ideas that make a difference!Drive vendor efficiencies and cost savings.Be ready to dive into details, understand existing processes and do not hesitate to get hands-on in finalizing monthly orders!This role is located in Madrid.In this role, you'll need ...Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.A minimum of 2 years of experience in process, project, fulfillment or procurement roles
