We are currently seeking a Global Sales Operations Leader for our ARIS business unit. As a key member of the ARIS management team, you will play a pivotal role in aligning our company's strategic objectives with the Sales function. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with leadership across all levels of the organization and report directly to the General Manager.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSSales Operations:Define and provide sales reporting to the General Manager. This includes the necessary reporting for weekly board meetings, recurring forecast calls, monthly reviews with the PE investor, or any ad-hoc reporting.Oversees and delivers the top-line submission forecast during the monthly financial reporting by aligning with the regional sales leaders and General Manager.Owns the CRM tools from a business perspective.Coordinates and owns the account planning for the individual contributors.Responsible for the Partner Operations Team giving support to the A&C global teams.Business Operations:Manages the Deal Desk team responsible for GDD process.Responsible for the Bid Office team providing global support to tenders from the Public and Private sectors.Compensation:Participates in the compensation framework definition for the individual contributors.Responsible for alignment of the CRM tools with the compensation framework.Evaluate the performance of individual contributors against their targets.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Is a key contributor to the budget-setting process under the coordination of FC&A leadership.Works hand in hand with FC&A in P&L analysis and reporting.Collaborates with fellow management team members on several projects and initiatives.REQUIREMENTS:5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).Experience in the SaaS software industry is highly preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
