But that's not all, in addition we offer customers a vast array of SaaS products to make their cargo working life as easy and efficient as possible.And, if you haven't guessed it by now, we need someone to help us sell. Really, really well.Responsibilities:As a tech company, numbers are everything. You will have a goal of incremental eBookings, and PO values to achieve. Additionally, you will create an ideal customer portfolio by managing the churn of your customers. You'll need to activate new customers, protect your existing book of business, and expand revenues amongst existing customers as well.How? With digital, phone, and, yes, many in-person meetings and attendance of industry events that show people just how incredible our products can be.Sometimes a handshake just isn't enough. You own building and managing your pipeline, meaning finding potential leads via business development work (and awesome outreach tools) and taking care of those that arrive at your doorstep until you close the deal.Since not all companies are created equal, we help you through our processes, list of activities required, and CRM to establish a framework for prioritizing customer engagement.Like doing things at scale? So do we. You'll help organize group events across customers and prospects to gather several customers together and promote our products.Think of any other commercial strategy, discuss and act on it that can help boost the number of deals closed and their engagement.RequirementsBasic RequirementsYou have to talk the talk. Which means you need to be fluent in French and a high level of English.You should have at least 2 years of experience in account management as well as finding new customers or upselling to existing ones.Very capable to sell on the phone, in virtual or in-person meetings.Highest drive to meet KPIs.Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently.You should be a team player.Bringing an industry online is rarely a straight line from A to B. You should be able to adapt to fast-changing environments.You love the chase and being the hunter (for leads).Previous experience with CRM's (like Salesforce).Computer proficiency and familiarity with social media.Strong customer service orientation and time management skills.Willing to travel to meet your customers face-to-face for meetings or industry events (around 40% of the time).Preferred Qualifications:Knowledge of the air cargo industry, or experience in an online transactional business company.Experience at global companies.Why is WebCargo where you want to work?Location: Barcelona, Spain… but only some of the time.
