Required skills: Fluent in Danish.
Working proficiency in English.
Experience in Technical Support is preferred.
Self-sufficient and confident in troubleshooting basic technical issues related to connectivity and systems devices.
Ability to follow technical troubleshooting steps.
Excellent communication skills.
High understanding of IT topics such as storage, networking, and mobile device management.
Display a strong customer focus and promote a commitment to excellence.
Previous customer service experience is a plus.
Ability to show empathy towards customers.
Positive flexible attitude.

Ability and will to absorb knowledge.
