We prioritize writing high quality and maintainable code sticking to Agile (Scrum) methodologies, and build systems that leverage existing tools to provide extensive test coverage across our services.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSExperience in professional, non-internship software developmentExperience programming with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented designExperience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systemsExperience with full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operationsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in computer science or equivalentExperience building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customersAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
