We are expanding our teams in the Defence sector, where you will be involved in software engineering tasks in various phases of its life cycle, in one of the most important maritime/land military products of the national industry.
WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON? In our project, you will be part of the Validation and Verification team, within GMV's aeronautics and avionics division, where you will be involved in the SW development of simulators in C/C++ and in the definition in Python of test cases, automation and their execution.
This is a critical equipment for a military maritime/land HW/SW product, whose development is done entirely in GMV, so you will be able to participate in the different phases of its life cycle and its evolution.
In addition, you will be involved in the SW development of the subsystem itself for the resolution of problems in C++, as well as the associated technical documentation.
WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM? For this position, we are looking for computer science, telecommunications, industrial, aeronautical or related engineers with experience in software development in C/C++ and use of Linux operating systems, as well as experience in Python.
We will also value previous experience in the described tasks and in military HW/SW projects. WHAT DO WE OFFER? Hybrid working model and 8 weeks per year of teleworking outside your usual geographical area. Flexible start and finish times, and intensive working hours on Fridays and in summer.
