As a Social Strategist, you will be part of one of Bershka's most multidisciplinary teams. You will be responsible for managing our advertising campaigns in Social Media with the objective of improving the brand's visibility in different social media channels, creating a paid ads strategy whilst coordinating the campaigns.
What's your typical day like?
You will develop the social media strategy in different channels, especially Tik Tok and Instagram, taking into consideration goals such as reach, awareness, performance, etc.
You will support the company's strategy in different countries worldwide, organic as well as paid (franchises). You'll also propose improvements and innovations for our social paid program.
You will define, plan, and manage the social media campaigns of global projects and work the strategy on each channel, establishing and analyzing the necessary KPIs, creating weekly/monthly reportings.
You will control the social media budgets and manage our suppliers (contracts, payments, etc).
How do we imagine you?
You are passionate about Social Media in the fashion industry, are non-conformist and always want to innovate.
You're proactive, motivated by challenges and enjoy sharing new ideas. We imagine you creative, with communication skills and capable of creating and developing concepts.
You've studied Business Administration, Advertising and Public Relations, Digital Marketing or Social Media, and have already banked 3/4 years of experience in a similar role.
Your trigger for creativity is working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
