Hello! We are Volotea, the airline of the small and mid-sized cities in Europe. Since our inception in 2012, we have been amongst the fastest-growing low-cost airlines in Europe. After over a decade in the skies, we have now flown close to 60 million passengers. We are hiring a Social Media Manager who has experience in interacting with different cultural environments and can work in a challenging high-growth atmosphere. What you will do: Develop and roll out Volotea's consumer social media strategy to support key commercial and organizational objectives. Working closely with teams across the company, identify relevant channels to deliver the marketing narratives in markets. Be a brand advocate, working closely with Brand, Marketing and PR, to align and coordinate best practices in social media and engagement channels. Define and lead the yearly engagement strategy and plan, with KPIs and ROI as measurable objectives. Coordinate internal and external strategic partners (agencies, production partners). Liaise with communications agencies in different markets. Identify opportunities and stories that will help Volotea breakthrough in the category and beyond, driving engagement and positive brand perception. Build outstanding relationships with executive level managers across departments and with key external partners.
