With your skill set, we will improve how we showcase our mission, the impact achieved through our entrepreneurship programs, and the stories of our entrepreneurs, mentors, and partner organizations with whom we promote a fair and inclusive entrepreneurship ecosystem.ROLE & CONTRIBUTIONSContent Strategist (10% time)Success for the role: Use our brand narrative and leverage our community stories to make Bridge for Billions one of the most representative advocates for the movement of generating a fair, inclusive, and meritocratic entrepreneurship ecosystem in the markets where we're active.Help optimize our current Social Media strategy following our brand narratives to reflect our mission and vision of systemic change.Do market research and customer discovery to understand what type of content, tone, and narrative resonates more with our target audience and pivot your strategy accordingly.Develop and execute campaigns on Social Media according to temporalities, special events, or the teams' communications needs.Coordinate and collaborate with the marketing teams (both B2B and Community) to plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions.Work with other departments to ensure social media messaging aligns with company messaging and values.Set KPIs for your Social Media Strategy to track and analyze our performance per channel and report to the Head of Marketing and Communications.Content Creator (70% time)Success for the role: Create compelling content that increases our brand awareness and positions Bridge for Billions, our CEO, and our Sales Team as advocates in the entrepreneurship ecosystem.Create the Social Media Calendar taking into account the markets where we're active and using the most compelling stories of our community.Create content for Bridge for Billions on Social Media channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.Create content for the public channels of our CEO and Co-Founder, Pablo Santaeufemia, and for our Sales Team to use on their LinkedIn as part of our Lead Generation strategy.Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions.Coordinate with our Graphic Designer for the development of visual materials.Support creating content such as mailing, agendas for digital events, or social media posts for our Public Relations subarea.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and create content that resonates with our target audience.Community management (20% time)Success for the role: Manage and monitor social media accounts and respond to user inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.Manage and monitor social media accounts and respond to user inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.Monitor and respond to online reviews and feedback.Foster engagement and build relationships with our online community.Identify and address any negative sentiments or issues that arise on social media.Skills we look for in this role in particular:Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or equivalent practical experience.3+ years of experience in social media management.Demonstrated experience with various social media platforms and tools, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Hootsuite, etc.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical skills to measure and report on social media performance.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Knowledge of graphic design.
