Descripción del puesto: THE ROLE Our social media channels have an extremely important value when it comes to engaging with our community. This is why we are looking for a Social Media Manager to help our brand be even more relevant within our space. We are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic full-time (40 hours) individual to join our team. This is a hybrid role that requires a dynamic, proactive, team-centric, experienced, digital savvy individual based in Barcelona.
YOUR CHALLENGE Oversee and develop a high-level social media strategy, leverage social across platforms and integrate social media into omnichannel marketing strategy (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Live Shopping Experiences).Create engaging content calendars, monthly and weekly.Measure weekly performance & create detailed reports.Collaborate with different teams (PR, Product, Sales, Content, and Customer Service) to raise awareness and create excitement for key product and service launches.Create informative content to help educate customers about our on demand business model.Ensure campaign standards, deadlines, and goals are being fulfilled to the highest standard.Manage relationships with an in-house team and external agencies/partners and ensure the right delivery of assets.Brief asset creation & adaptations for social campaigns ensuring they meet platform specs and are geared towards performance-focused results.Translate the brand vision and strategy into clear, compelling and consumer-friendly messaging that inspires and connects with our target audiences.Maintain the brand tone of voice across multiple channels, ensuring consistent storytelling.Act as an ambassador for the brand.Perfil: YOU WILL ROCK AT THIS ROLE IF 3+ years of proven experience in a hands-on social media role (experience within or for a fashion- or beauty brand is a plus).Good knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud such as Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Indesign and proven hands-on experience in video and photography content production is key.A passion for and advanced knowledge about social media trends within the beauty / lifestyle / fashion industry is a must. Especially on Instagram and TikTok.Native English speaker.Ability to adapt to a fast-growing and quickly changing environment; therefore a solution-minded, innovative, proactive and creative mindset is essential.A critical vision; always determined to achieve only our ALOHAS brand standards.Comfortable and confident in presenting / visualising your concepts to different stakeholders.Ability to adapt to and translate feedback from one department to another.Team-management skills. A team oriented, positive, and good sense of responsibility and ability to guide / give direction to team members is important.
