Use content scheduling tools (such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or native scheduling tools of each platform) to plan and schedule content. Video Editing: Create and edit videos using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar, for posting on platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, or YouTube. Social Media Profile Management: Maintain and update company profiles on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others. Ensure profile information is up-to-date, consistent, and optimized across all platforms. Monitoring and Response: Monitor social media activity, including mentions, comments, and direct messages. Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner. Manage community interaction, encourage participation, and build brand loyalty. Research and Analysis: Investigate current trends in social networks and topics relevant to the target audience. Analyze the competition and study their strategies on social networks. Analysis of Metrics and Reports: Use social media analytics tools (such as Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, Instagram Insights) to evaluate post performance. Create regular reports on key metrics like reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversion rates. Data-Driven Strategy: Utilize insights from metrics to continuously improve content strategy and drive engagement. Advertising Campaigns: Assist in the creation and management of advertising campaigns on social networks. Help target audiences and set up ads. Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results. Development of Content Strategies: Collaborate in the planning and development of innovative content strategies for social networks. Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative and relevant ideas. Graphic Design and Video Editing: Create graphics and other visual elements using tools like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Edit videos for posting on platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, or YouTube using CapCut or other video editing tools. Influencer and Collaboration Management: Identify and contact potential influencers or collaborators. Assist in managing relationships and agreements with influencers to enhance brand visibility. Customer Service and Support: Provide exceptional customer support through social media channels. Solve queries and manage complaints or issues that customers may have in a professional and timely manner. Events and Promotions Support: Help promote special events and campaigns through social networks. Manage live event coverage through real-time publications, ensuring maximum engagement and visibility. What do we look for? 3-5 years of experience in similar role, preferibly in the Hospitality/Lifestyle sector Must be fluent inEnglish Proficiency in CapCut or similar video editing software is highly desirable. Strong understanding of current social media trends and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
