Responsibilities: We are currently seeking a Social Media Manager to manage the creation and execution of content including photography, videographics and copy for various social media platforms.

In this role you will be responsible for: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company's goals, target audience, and brand identity. Manage, curate, and schedule engaging content across the most popular social media channels. Creating visual content i.e. photos & videos that capture the essence of Mallorca. Create and manage marketing campaigns. Monitor social media performance metrics to optimize campaign results to maximise engagement, reach and audience growth. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, integrating new ideas into the company's social media strategy. What is required: A proven track record in growing social media audiences. Photo/video capture & editing skills. In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices for engagement and growth. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail and creativity in crafting compelling content. Fluent in writing and speaking English and Spanish, German is an advantage. Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
