If you have the desire to lead and have a high impact at your workplace, this is the right role for you!Excellent written and verbal English + Spanish, as well as superb communication skills are also essential to succeed in this role.Requirements3+ years of recent experience in event marketing, content marketing, social media content creation, and social media management.Proven track record of growing social media channels.Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal).Near-native fluency in written and spoken English and Romanian.Experience in managing and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.Strong understanding of social media algorithms, including what makes each social media platform unique or what makes a particular content format a better fit for some social platforms and not so much for others.Know how to evaluate the quality of a social media image or the quality of a blog post.Knowledge of image and video editing tools such as Canva or Veed.Io for social media.Organizational skills and high attention to detail are needed to effectively manage our social channels.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
