We at PRONOVIAS GROUP , a global leader in the Bridal industry, are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media & Community Management Intern to join our team.
Role Summary: This is a unique opportunity to work across six iconic brands, gaining hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, and community engagement across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.
You will collaborate closely with the Digital Director and Brand Management teams to support social media strategy, execute campaigns, and ensure seamless coordination with the broader marketing team.
Responsibilities: Social Media Management: Assist in managing and maintaining a cohesive social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest for all six brands.
Schedule and publish posts according to the content calendar, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing strategy.
Coordinate the social media calendar with the marketing team to ensure synergy across all channels and campaigns.
Community Engagement: Actively engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions, fostering positive relationships with followers.
Monitor brand mentions and trends, identifying opportunities to enhance community connection.
Content Creation: Contribute to innovative content ideas, with a focus on Instagram Reels and TikTok.
Assist in conceptualizing and creating engaging visuals, videos, and short-form content.
Performance Analysis: Track and analyze social media KPIs, delivering detailed reports on performance metrics.
Collect and present campaign results to support decision-making and optimization.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
Passion for Social Media: Enthusiastic about trends and storytelling across social platforms.
Highly organized with a strong attention to detail for managing calendars and campaigns.
Experience with content creation (especially Instagram Reels and TikTok) is a strong plus.
Skilled in editing short and engaging content using applications like CapCut or InShot.
Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro will be considered a plus, as well as the ability to identify and analyze current trends in the digital space.
Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English (C1 or higher), verbal and written.
Other languages will be a plus.
