THE BUSINESS ROLE - Work with senior management to deliver new processes and methods for the Evaluation function.
- Validate products in all categories in orientation with the company olfactive strategy.
- Build & manage an expansive fragrance library.
- Olfactive evaluation projects, working with customers to define & determine briefs for ongoing work.
- Study market products and research trends in all fields (fashion, consumer goods, cosmetics, art).
- Ensure quality & regulatory requirements are met with fragrance development projects.
REQUIREMENTS : Graduated from a Perfumery School or master's degree in Perfumery.
Minimum 2-5 years' experience working as a Fragrance Evaluator.
Excellent smelling and olfactory skills.
Passionate about the fragrance industry (all categories).
Ability to multi-task (be able to help in laboratory tasks if needed).
Fluent in English and Spanish.
French language would be a plus.
Location in HQs in Barcelona Area.
