As a Sales Representative on our team, you will: Utilize a CRM with a database to transform the provided lead into sales opportunities. Use a consultative approach, identifying the needs of prospects, and suggest appropriate products or services. Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities. Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market. Report to sales supervisor with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results. Execute and achieve sales quota and targets. Track, manage, and report ongoing activity relative to the sales pipeline.
