As a Sales Representative on our team, you will: Utilize a CRM with a database to transform the provided lead into sales opportunities.
Use a consultative approach, identifying the needs of prospects, and suggest appropriate products or services.
Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
Report to sales supervisor with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.
Execute and achieve sales quota and targets.
Track, manage, and report ongoing activity relative to the sales pipeline.

Concentrix is a great match if you: Are proficient or bilingual in French and advanced in English.
Have minimum one year of experience in sales, with a track record of exceeding lead targets.
Possess proven, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.
Have a strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization.
Are motivated, self-started, and achievement and goal-oriented.
Have proficiency with CRM software or database.

Salary 21,000 euros gross/year + up to 4,800 euros gross/year in bonus.
