NEW ROLE - SITE PAYMENT MANAGER - GLOBAL CRO - SPAIN Incredibly excited to be partnering with my client, a mid-size, Global CRO to support them in their search for a Site Payment Manager, to assist with Clinical Trial Site Activation. This is a critical hire within the company and one which plays a vital role in the financial, commercial and customer success of Clinical Trials within the business. We are looking for a commercially minded individual with a background working in a clinical trials environment - responsibilities range from managing the accuracy of completeness of the Investigators Grant Accounts Payable Process to maintaining comprehensive IG Budget and forecasting for the duration of the portfolios clinical trials.

Core Responsibilities Work cross-functionally to prepare IG budgets at the study, country, and clinical site level
Serve as the primary contact for internal/external IG requests and issue escalation
Manage the daily Site Payments operations/resources to ensure the accurate and timely development of IG estimates/budgets and applicable budget templates
Collaborate with Account Management, Clinical Trial Management, Contracts, and Finance Teams to provide timely and thorough responses for Site Payment deliverables
Provide oversight, coaching, and professional development opportunities for assigned staff
Own/participate in the execution of departmental strategic initiatives and process improvement efforts in order to build streamlined, scalable, well-controlled target-state systems, processes, and reporting
Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 3-4 years of prior investigator grants management experience in a Global CRO
Fluent in English
Must have strong, demonstrated experience with the following:
Ability to lead, motivate, develop, and coach junior staff
Ability to use critical thinking to solve complex challenges and make effective decisions
Clearly present complicated topics to diverse audiences in both oral and written form
Ability to manage conflicts and resolve noted challenges/concerns
Ability to track/manage multiple competing deliverables/deadlines
Excellent customer service
Excellent organization skills and the ability to multitask while efficiently and independently completing high-quality work
Excellent computer skills, with an advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
