She/he will be in charge of aligning the HR policy and responsible for the definition and the implementation of the relevant HR action plans to achieve the business targets. Acts as a change agent to support ongoing organizational, management and cultural changes. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business: Engineering, Project Management, Quality and much more.Main ResponsibilitiesTranslate Business strategy and targets into HR action plans and performance.Support organization design and drive change management.Is the single point of contact of management teams on organization and people management matters, and act as a coach and advisor.Support the departments she/he is in charge in the implementation and the roll-out of development strategies & initiatives in Labour Relations.Drive workforce planning, define resourcing and staffing needs.Ensure an efficient deployment of the PMC (carry-out processes ie.
