Manila Hills, a luxury hosting company, is seeking a dedicated and proactive Short-Term Rental Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our properties, ensuring a high-quality experience for guests, and contributing to our expansion efforts. As a Short-Term Rental Property Manager, you will serve as the main point of contact for guests, providing prompt and friendly communication before, during, and after their stay.
You will address guest inquiries, requests, and issues to ensure a seamless experience and uphold our luxury service standards. In addition to managing guest communications, you will play an active role in property expansion by identifying and acquiring new properties for our portfolio to support company growth. This includes negotiating with property owners and evaluating potential rentals, with opportunities for increased salary based on successful acquisitions.
You will also oversee the cleaning team to ensure all properties are maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness and presentation. Routine inspections will be conducted to ensure properties are in excellent condition, and any maintenance needs will be addressed promptly.
Your role will also involve catering to the unique needs of guests, ensuring they receive personalized service that enhances their stay. This may include coordinating special requests, such as transportation, amenities, or recommendations, to create an exceptional guest experience.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach. Strong customer service experience, preferably in hospitality, is essential, along with fluency in English and Spanish. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, have strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving with keen attention to detail. This position offers flexibility with working hours, meaning it is not a standard 8-9 hour day.
