YOUR ROLEAs a successful candidate, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and building strong partnerships for Henkel Consumer Adhesive's Amazon Account in Europe. You will work with an experienced team of e-commerce Key Account Managers across Europe, and you will collaborate closely with them to ensure seamless alignment with both internal teams and external stakeholders. You will take the lead in piloting innovative programs, enhancing best practices, and coordinating strategic initiatives that will shape the future of our Amazon Business in Europe. Be an essential part of the Amazon EU team for Henkel Consumer Adhesives.
Ensure implementation in the region of global customer strategy taking into consideration regional specifics.Collect local input and reflect key priorities and initiatives in the regional customer strategy.Align the strategy implementation with all relevant stakeholders (global e-Commerce, local KAM).Identify and execute additional growth opportunities and synergies to further leverage Customer potential.Develop Joint Business Plan (JBP) together with the customer reflecting country input for optimal agenda.Negotiate with the customer the annual terms collecting local input.Ensure business continuity by escalating internally and in front of the customer business-critical situations that involve more than one country.Coordinate participation in key Customer's initiatives that involve more than one country.Lead additional projects that would benefit more than one country within the region and will contribute to internal stretch plan.Lead additional projects that will contribute to leverage efficiencies within the region.Ensure best practice sharing within the region.Organize and lead quarterly meetings with the customer to review results and ensure that top regional topics are included in the priority agenda.Participate in monthly SC regional meetings and include local counterparts when needed.Organize annual T2T meetings with the customer including the regional sponsor.
