We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to be our Field Service & Sales Engineer based in various regions of the world.
Together you will be part of a global and regional organization helping our customers get the most out of their investments via achieving high uptime performance on the Cobot/Robot based manufacturing cells.
Your Key Responsibilities:Act as Service Sales Engineer for EMEA.Effectively communicate with all end users, distributors, system integrators, and colleagues within Universal Robots.Responsible for allocated Service Sales budget, order booking, and long-term service contract execution on revenues.Collaborate with equipment sales processes to drive point of sales (POS) service offers and drive automation through Sales Force to achieve high attack rate.Train and coach Service Sales representatives, set targets, and support the team in delivering targets via collaboration with customers and our multiple distribution partners.Coordinate service delivery in the region with Field Service Engineers, Tech Support, remote Service team, and factory repair centers.Lead business reviews with customers and partners in the region, develop and implement service maintenance service agreement (MSA) custom framework with all our key channel partners collaborating with the equipment sales team across the region.Implement sales strategy using strategic sales tools and processes.We are driven by honesty and act with integrity - #WhoAreUR.
Minimum Requirements:Associate degree or higher in a technical field or Engineering.Minimum 5 years experience in robotics or the industrial automation industry.A strong automation background.Preferably 3 years of experience in Service Sales in the automation industry.Precious field troubleshooting and repair experience (preferred).In-depth knowledge of commercial compliance and risk management.We are seeking a dynamic and engaged team member who thrives on customer interactions, whether in person, over the phone, or via email.
