About the role This is a global role, where you'll be leading our Azure AD service from their IT Center of Excellence in Madrid, covering over 60 countries worldwide.
As the Senior Azure AD Engineer, you'll ensure that Azure AD stays secure, well-maintained, and aligned with our partners' agreements and internal security standards.
You'll have a central role in shaping and managing this essential service for our entire enterprise globally.
What you'll be doing: Collaborate with service providers to resolve Azure AD issues, ensuring efficient technical support for escalations. Prepare and optimize their infrastructure for seamless cloud operations. Keep all services secure by addressing known vulnerabilities promptly. Ensure our anti-malware solutions are active and effective across all servers. Guide servers through the onboarding process with the Privilege Access Management tool for added security. Maintain compliance with internal security standards and group policies. Partner with local teams and projects to adjust service use, ensuring it's the best fit for the needs. Lead efforts to continuously improve service delivery. Track and manage SLAs and KPIs to meet service contract expectations.
