Your Role We are looking for a Service Contract Sales Specialist in Barcelona who will have the responsibility to organize all service contract sales procedures within the country and to ensure customer satisfaction through the accuracy of the contracts & proposals.
In this position, you will have a crucial role in identifying opportunities for (up)selling contracts and defining new service products.
Your Impact Oversight Service Contract Sales activity within the assigned region (sales planning, sales reviews and marketing activities coordination).
Support the Key Account sales managers in defining offering and pricing for KA service contracts.
Manage the customer retention activities needed on existing customers with service contracts.
Achieve orders, sales, discounts related to service contract business in the region.
Collaborate on the overall service contract sales strategy definition.
About You +5 years' experience in a similar role, managing service contract negotiations.
Bachelor's or Master's Degree.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Knowledge of after-sales activities, warranty costs and terms.
