ABOUT THE ROLE:We are looking for a SEO Manager for the US market. The ideal candidate is either a native English speaker or has lived several years in the US, with relevant experience in growing a business from scratch.
This person will report directly to the Head of Marketing and will interact with various teams across the organization such as Sales, Marketing, and Product.
WORK EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:Previous working experience as a SEO for 5+ years.Deep knowledge of SEO factors and key algorithm updates.Ability to create an SEO strategy for the US market from scratch and collaborate with other teams for implementation.Strong understanding of on-page and off-page strategies.Experience in building cross-functional leadership by providing relevant SEO strategy, prioritizing initiatives, tracking results, and defining next steps.Expertise in WPO (Core Web Vitals, etc.).B2B experience is a bonus.Proven track record of relevant growth experiences of 10% MoM.Curious mindset with a willingness to experiment and think outside the box.Strong analytical mindset and business orientation.High standards and attention to detail.Strong work ethics, continuous learning ambition, and motivation to join a fast-moving, high-performance team.Advanced user of SEO tools (Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SemRush, etc.).Passionate about the SEO world.Proficient in English; any additional European languages are a plus.OTHER TRAITS:Startup fit: High energy, creative, driven, flexible.Ambitious with strong work ethics.Leadership and managerial experience of cross-functional teams.Good analysis skills, capable of building live information reporting for the whole team.BENEFITS:High growth, multicultural, and friendly environment.Fast-paced career progression.Healthy lifestyle with Andjoy (Gyms, pools, outdoor classes).Cost-saving with Cobee.Breakfast in the office and organic fruit.
