Your responsibilities
Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, the Senior Paid Media Buyer will be responsible for the strategic approach and campaign delivery to meet the company goals and KPIs driving overall success.
Functions Plan Google Ads display and video campaigns with budget, target, and campaign setup recommendations using platform tools and previous experience.Analyze and resolve diverse, complex issues via an in-depth knowledge of display and video strategy and delivery on Google Ads.Execute day-to-day buying in Google Ads and potentially additional platforms, including monitoring bid strategies, implementing optimizations, analyzing results, and A/B testing.Traffic ad creative through third-party ad server (CM360).Monitor ad verification, brand safety, and viewability.Interpret and report on attribution models to illustrate the impact of upper-funnel tactics on performance.Develop and deliver reporting on a weekly, monthly & quarterly basis.Work closely with Paid Media Managers and Specialists to foster and mentor their growth in display and video media buying.Your profile 4+ years in recent Google Ads (YouTube & Display/Discovery) buying experience required.Experience working with 500€k monthly ad spends.Google Ads Display Certification, Video Certification, and Google Analytics certifications preferred.Knowledge of YouTube and Google display best practices preferred.Ability to troubleshoot Google Ads errors independently.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Strong creative skills.Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize time and workload efficiently.Great attention to detail & exceptionally strong with numbers & analysis.A passion for digital performance marketing and drive to grow within the industry.Fluent in Spanish and good level of English.Why us?
