We know that unique backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives help us think bigger, spark innovation, and succeed together.Responsibilities include:Create and execute the strategic plan for transactions in Spain.Identify market trends and opportunities, proposing new services and adaptations to the existing pipeline.Maintain a passionate and highly motivated team around you, ensuring development and retention as well as hiring of key staff.Work seamlessly with the EMEA team to deliver single asset and portfolio transactions.Ensure optimum delivery across the team through planning, training and development, and networking across the broader JLL team where appropriate.Deliver the JLL Hotels division to clients throughout Spain and the regional markets, acting as a trusted advisor to key clients and building a strong personal network.Actively contribute in the EMEA Hotels leadership forum, working on cross-divisional projects.Ensure close co-operation and build a trusted relationship within the EMEA Hotels & Hospitality team as well as the wider JLL firm.What you can expect from us: We succeed together and believe the best inspire the best, so we invest in supporting each other, learning together, and celebrating our success.
