.Last.App was created to make the lives of restaurant owners easier by unifying all the tools they need into a single software solution.We are a startup based in Barcelona, serving restaurants across Europe.Our pillars are technology, customer satisfaction, and constant innovation in our products to become the only software a restaurant needs.This has shaped our culture, placing the highest importance on the talent of our team and their continuous development.The vision of Last.App is clear: we strive to be the best software for the restaurant industry, becoming a leading reference in the sector by working closely with our customers.The PositionWe are looking for an output-oriented Senior UX Researcher to join our team at a fast growing SaaS product company.You should have experience in creating and executing end-to-end UX research and feedback loops for both yourself and the team, working independently and in a structured manner.You excel in creating mock-ups and prototypes that the team can reference or use as a starting point, elevating the design work to be completed thoroughly.What You Will DoSet up scalable feedback loops where ideas can be quickly tested and validated, allowing rapid iterations before going to market.Meet with customers to understand their needs, research objectives, and goals.Coordinate the same for the team.Conduct independent research on various aspects and features of prototypes, and experiences.Create prototypes and wireframes to test concepts and gather initial feedback before moving into detailed design.Plan, coordinate, manage and carry out studies using various research methodologies, including qualitative, quantitative or any mixed approach that you consider the best-fit for the current need.Collect and analyze data to craft reports, including design and navigational recommendations, which will be presented to the Head of Product, leadership team, and designers.Prototype low-fidelity artifacts to provide a starting point for designers, reducing time spent on initial concept development.RequirementsStrong understanding of UX research principles and methodologies, with expertise in various methods.Experience in evaluative research, having done this many times in previous jobs, and the ability to design and run a study end-to-end independently and systematically.Facilitation skills to map user journeys, optimize processes, and lead cross-functional workshops that integrate user-centered design into product development.Ability to translate research findings into actionable product improvement ideas and strategies.Minimum QualificationsMinimum of 5+ years in UX, Product Design, Product Management or similar roles shipping multiple products.Portfolio demonstrating strong process, quality and outcomes.BenefitsFull-time permanent contract.Flexible working hours and 2 days working from home per week.Flexible compensation valid for food, transportation, childcare, and learning through Cobee Card
