As a Transfer Senior Agent you will be responsible to manage and control transfer service in the different areas we manage, have a close relationship with TTOO to ensure the best quality of service and also manage incidents.The main responsibilities will be:Management and control of transfers in the different areas we manage.Coordination with transport providers to ensure the best quality of serviceCommunication with hoteliers and TTOO.Management of claims and incidents.Coordinate the Airport Coordinators in Alicante Airport.Coordination with other internal departments to ensure the quality of service.Be involved in the planification of the transfer routes in the areaRequirementsRequirements- Previous experience in a similar position.- Advanced level of English, other languages will be a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
